Hi guys welcome to my channel .Althou i make videos that feature houses from the sims 3 and 2 i don"t play the game play of it ,I just use it to build houses so pls don"t ask me questions on the actual gameplay as i don"t know much but i will be happy to help you if you have problems with building or custom content.I have some tutorials here so chek them out too if you want some ideas.

To install my houses just download it and double click on the sims3pack to install with the game launcher or put the sims3pack in my documents/electronic arts / the sims3/downloads .. and then open your launcher , go to downloads and install it from there.
The houses that have lots of custom content take more time to install to your game as it needs to install the custom content that comes with it too

Be sure to visit TSR if you have problems with custom content that is not compatible with the last update and pets as there is a program and information how to fix it there..
