I find your videos HIGHLY useful... subscribed cuz I got "one of those saturns" that have problems all the time... intake manifold gasket... front springs, then the coils and module and now the rad and the waterpump

I have a '99 SC1 w/ 217,000 miles. I had a few things done to it and done almost all of the work myself. This past Spring/Summer I replaced the water pump (coolant was leaking out) and the blower motor (making whining noises and would shut down after it got too hot).  I did both of these jobs with the help of richpin videos. I only wish that I could've gotten the car on ramps or something before the crankshaft position sensor failed last month. :-) I couldn't get to it and had to have the car towed. I'm thankful for the new headliner removal video as mine is starting to get that 'sagging' feeling. I also discovered the door check-link video. My driver side door makes that pop-pop-pop sound.

Great videos, I learn a lot from watching them. If you get a chance to do a head gasket replacement or even a rebuilt head swap on an S-series, could you record it and post? I have a 96 SC 1 and have a burned valve or blown out gasket. I need to be able to replace the head with a rebuilt one since it really could use a valve job as well. I have a pretty good idea how but would like to see it done before I attempt a big job like that. If you could post anything like that, it would be very helpful!

I want to thank you. I've been looking at your videos for the past 2 years even though I have only had 2 problems. One was the car start up video about the fault fuel pump, though its getting worse after a year, and now with the panel removal on the door because need to get my window back up; I believe the window motor died.

If you ever do a window motor install that would be great and if you ever do a transmission tune up or install, I would praise you as the Saturn car guru.

richpin, im from Saturnfans under username Slammin96. I'm having a lot of troubles replacing my shifter cables. If you're makin any new videos any time soon, a video of R&R shifter cables would be lovely =)

Remove the center of the pin first and you will no problem.

Hey Richpin, any easy tips on removing those plastic body clips? I seem to break them constantly, and they aren't cheap!
