► "CLIPCASTS" are News Video assemblages curated (almost) daily from over a hundred YouTube "news & politics" channels that I subscribe to, and grouped chronologically. They help you to see news IN CONTEXT with what else is happening in the world -- while the USA is fed a heavily filtered snippet that fits the networks' day-to-day "narrative".

► The most current CLIPCAST is always shown on this page at the TOP-RIGHT of the screen. Note that each video "thumbnail" picture links to an auto-play, or manual-play, sequence of videos, chronologically per month. (You can see the number of videos contained in each Playlist superimposed over the picture).

► To see the LIST OF *ALL* NEWS CLIPCASTS I've assembled since starting this project, I have to first untangle the mess caused by YouTube's redesign of these channels -- content has shifted locations.

► TURN OFF Cable-TV's Conglomerate Media "news" broadcasts which treat "News as "Sports" - a very addictive formula with daily winners & losers - and a false-presumption that any item must be "balanced" by something from the opposing "team". It drives higher ad revenues than when news was presented journalistically.

A very polished and charming Corporate Whore, delivering to Wall Street power-brokers everything they've wanted. I never did like him, but considered him better than McCain. I still think so. I think I will just link them in these comments. (I don't like the YouTube new channel interface. It has its plusses, but it also subtracted a lot of control of how we display what we want to feature.)

October 10, 2009: It's been official for far too long: Obama sold liberal America a bill of goods, has pleased Wall Street's power brokers, has "legacy" assured regardless of what he does poorly, due to the obligatory historical chapter about the first African American President. Thus, there is no real incentive for him to disturb the corporate-military power structure in America. He delivers rhetoric that hides his tracks, while raising his profile. He has taken what is the greatest chance ever to enact meaningful legislation in USA and has squandered it. Bush was an idiot, and an unconscionable one at that. Obama is sharp as a pin, and as empty as a basketball.
