My name is Peter Marchand and I was born in 1963 in Belgium, where I still live today. I became a student of Harish Johari in 1983. He left his body in 1999, after which study naturally continued.

Whatever benefit can be derived from these teachings is to the credit of the teachings and of the one who puts them into practice. The teacher has nothing to do with it.

Teaching is just my favorite hobby - the knowledge does not get reduced in the sharing. Putting as many teachings online as possible allows me to share with many that which I have learned, without needing to make a job out of it, which I count as a blessing. Anybody with a website, blog, etc.., please feel absolutely free to embed these videos.

I am also a founder of Sanatan Society, a networking organization of family and students of Harish Johari. I regularly teach free classes in my home town called Gent and upon occasion I also teach in India, Europe, the United States, and Canada.

I wrote 'The Yoga of the Nine Emotions—the Tantric Practice of Rasa Sadhana' (2006) and the 'The Yoga of Truth' (2007), both published by Destiny Books.
