About this user

I'm 36, and a music education major nearing graduation with ambitions to be a high school band director. I sing in a barbershop quartet, a local barbershop chorus, work with area marching bands in the fall as an instructor, and play my trombone and ukulele when I get the occasion to.

I try to spend all the time I can with my 2 children, Liam - 10 and Courtney - 7. I enjoy all the dorky things in life: drum corps, marching band, barbershop and A Capella harmony, old comedy LPs, Star Trek, sci-fi and comedy movies, sitcoms and cartoons, but I DESPISE reality shows.

While working on finishing my degree and until I can get moving on my career, I have been a man of many hats: musical instrument repair technician, web designer, register jockey at Blockbuster, private brass teacher, marching band/drum corps technician, music arranger, marching drill designer, salesman - sometimes all at once!
