About Me:
OUTLiER (pronounced OUT - LIE - AR) is a trio hailing from Sydney, Australia.
OUTLiER is fronted by guitarist/vocalist Jay Parrino (aka JP from the hit Channel 7 TV series Australia's Got Talent 2009) and with it's powerhouse all female rhythm section... OUTLiER is a band like no other.
The band went through a few different line up changes before JP realised he much prefers working with females, and enlisted the talents of Teya Norris on Bass, and Rosie Burkill on drums.
As a self managed and self promoted band, OUTLiER has acheived considerable success, performing alongside such artists as Faker, Grinspoon, Gyroscope, Spiderbait, KissChasy, Karnivool, Stone Parade, My Future Lies and even Aussie icons such as The Black Sorrows, The Choir Boys and Mental as Anything.
They have been invited to play at festivals in Sydney and Melbourne such as Shoreshocked, Come Together, Future Rock and 'Thank God Its Over'.
OUTLiER has been played on radio stations all around Australia, and globally. In July 2008 the track "Safe Bet" was the number 1 most requested song on international radio show "Rockin the shed".
In early October 2008 OUTLiER was the artist of the week on Fbi Radio.
In February 2009 JP performed his version of the song "Down Under" to more than 1.3 million viewers on the TV show "Australia's Got Talent". JP received a standing ovation from the studio audience, and got a resounding yes from all 3 judges.

.My iphone and I will be happy to store your videos and songs so i appreciate your gift. There arent many musicians out there that display your style so its super cool for me finding people like you to copy off and learn their music.
I can play the majority of newton faulkners music but the only thing preventing me from progressing to your style of music is money. Being a student for the last 6 yrs hasnt helped. Very gay but i'll come good- i know it!
