Overt harassment 1996, became 24/7 in 2003. My mother is DOCUMENTED human radiation experimentee from 1950's @ Naval Hospital, Bethesda, Maryland, USA. This hospital was sight of much MK Ultra activity and connected to 'suicides' of parties who knew too much about subprojects. Mother was Intimidated out of testifying @ Clinton's Advisory Committee and class action lawsuit by being "followed". During Bush there was federal investigation of friends of my associates in Boston. I knew nothing but it was used as a cover story to intensify organized stalking and harassment, really its purpose was to utilize Mk Ultra techniques to cause me to, over time, re-induce amnesia to cover memories that were surfacing. I was discouraged from going to a hypnotist and abused by people in the medical field, law enforcement, all walks of life as I traveled across the USA in search of safety or answers. Key persons in my life had criminal activity to cover for, I was sold out due to black mail or bribery as well as the use of mind control tactics on the vulnerable. Smear campaigns make public feel little human value is lost.
Its a great time for the military industrial complex. Americans aren't the types to give up thier stuff, stop paying bills or taxes to twist the arm of the oppressor. Info management manages public perception. For anyone in this day and age to say that such claims r mental illness is either ignorant, scared or calculating.
Genuine targeted persons are usually very cautious about disclosure and have amazing stories that are PLAUSIBLE as well as backed up. The delusional/ attention seeking making outrageous claims aren't able to keep thier story straight. EX: TI who discloses they worked for feds,the mob or some other fact tied into thier story will be able to substantiate that. Posers will make claims over time that cannot possibly all be true. There is a very major difference between one who is a victim of covert psychological warfare and one who is seeking attention or is delusional.
The testimonies from the Pres Advisory Commitee tells me that the harassment is par the course for not giving in to intimidation.
Many survivors note that over the long term 'gang stalking' is actually a covert behavior modification program, designed to use psych warfare, chemical warfare and technologies in order to form a new Self and cause first destruction of memories from childhood then forget by forced choice (via extreme coercion) all emotional and mental memories of gang stalking traumas.
