REGARDING VIDEO RESPONSES:
I get e-mails from Youtube advising me of viewers sending video responses which for some reason don't show up in my Youtube inbox. And sometimes when I approve response videos they disappear. I have no idea what the problem is, so if you send me a response video and don't see it up please re-send it. I'm happy to post your vids :))
