It takes a LOT of nerve to put yourself 'out there'. Making video's is no easy task. I do it because I think I have something valuable to offer. I also read each and every comment thats made, so keep them coming! Mean spirited out of place comments, and spam will be deleted. Constructive criticism is always welcome if it's tastefully said;o)

You may wonder what a 'dit dot' is? I live at the beach and am considered a local cause I've lived here for so long. Ditdots are tourists that invade our county during the tourist season. Because I'm a local, I'm not a dit dot. Make sense?

I'm a single mom and live on the Crystal Coast of NC with my son Lars. My son Lars was born with learning disabilities. It's made my life very challenging, but very rewarding. Lars has taught me a lot about life and beyond. My dad got sick back in the 90's and was diagnosed with Cancer. Then my mom got Cancer. It scared me for them but it made me determined to find other ways besides conventional methods to fight disease in our family.

I knew a long time ago that food could be nutritious and still be delicious. I've tried to give Lars every advantage by feeding him mostly nutritional foods over the years. While I was growing up, my mom and sister both struggled with their weight and I saw how unhappy they were. I never wanted to fight those same battles, so I took control of my life and my weight years ago.

I've been a licensed Cosmetologist for 17+ years and was a Massage Therapist for many years. I've learned a lot from those experiences. I'm always still learning because I make a point of it! We live in scary times, and we need all the information we can get to make it through these times.
