alright i have been lifiting for a while now so i am not a newbe but i am still very weak for increasing my bench can i do this routine that follows, i do a 5x5 at 75-80%(125 for me) then i do about 3 near rep maxes(130-135) then i do this, i subtract weight by 10lbs(5each side) and do that till failure then i subtract 10lbs and do that till failure i reapeat this till i have just the bar and i am struggling!! so it looks like this 1-135,1-125, 2-115,4-105,7-95...ect til bar and i have to say that i try to go as fast as possible ...2 days of rest afterwards
P.s.Compound Excersise overload is the most incredible technique ever.Thnx again man!
