hey, what about this routine, since you gave me a powerlifting routine i though.might as well have a routine like a powerlifter, but keep my form like a normal one!! i am doing rep max lifts now, they really help my strength which is what i am looking for. once i gain some more strength, i will solidify it with the 10x3..any good?

could you answer my question?
alright i have been lifiting for a while now so i am not a newbe but i am still very weak for increasing my bench can i do this routine that follows, i do a 5x5 at 75-80%(125 for me) then i do about 3 near rep maxes(130-135) then i do this, i subtract weight by 10lbs(5each side) and do that till failure then i subtract 10lbs and do that till failure i reapeat this till i have just the bar and i am struggling!! so it looks like this 1-135,1-125, 2-115,4-105,7-95...ect til bar and i have to say that i try to go as fast as possible ...2 days of rest afterwards

Yep, I can do both, actually! I'll throw those up right now. I've got a Hybrid Barbell Curl video and I'll add in a chest stretch-pause set.

Hi there.I have some small requests.Can you upload any video in which you perform "stretch pause" and show us any hybrid training technique.I just wanna see "the master" getting the job done.

I've been using your "Muscle explosion" for two months and the results i got fro it were explosive.I can squat,deadlift and bench more than powerlifters.Thank you for everything!You are THE BEST!!!
