Stop the home-grown terrorism in the U.S. congress and Executive branch. Follow the U.S. Constitution. Hold elected officials feet to the fire to support their oath to the Constitution. Elect men of INTEGRITY and don't settle for second best. American's are very forgiving of their publicly elected officials to do wrong, like Sanford, etc. because many of them are in the midst of doing the same thing.

Honestly I was very tired when your office phoned the other day. I had just layed down and was drifting to sleep Monday around 2:30 pm. Maybe you remember me? Maybe if your office keeps better tracking than the Social Security office, lol. I have considered your asking me to come to Washington D.C. and would be glad to help represent your committee to fight the rise of our inflated taxes. You may phone again if you like to discuss your proposition? Sincerely, Jesse Denson

I love how liberals go under cover as 'conservatives' to attack Republicans....do you honestly think your typical conservative would give half a damn to get on Newt's youtube channel to leave a stupid comment telling the party's most intelligent member to 'get out?' I never take such comments seriously.

(Part 2 of below . . . ) Democrats say: Keep the GOP division alive . . . 3rd party cadidates . . . split votes . . . Democrats win. Reagan did not sacrifice his principles. He simply recognized that the REAL threat was an out-of-control government, not those who's conservative pedigree didn't quite stack up. Some on other pages have suggested that Newt needs to go away because he has abandoned Reagan Conservatism. If we understand Reagan at all, it becomes clear that using a comparison to Reagan as a justification for banishing Newt is a truly bizarre notion. If we espouse Reagan by completely ignoring one of his central tenets, we lose. And we deserve to.

Reagan used to have a saying he called "The Eleventh Commandment." "Thou shalt not speak ill of any fellow Republican." Reagan first embraced this idea in 1966 and used it religiously until he left office in 1989. Repulicans learned this lesson the hard way in 1964. Did Reagan hold this view because he sacrificed his principles? Or was it that he shrewdly understood that to speak ill of fellow Republicans only serves the purposes of the other party? Many are upset with Newt, and for good reason. We let him know it. All good things. And then, some take that last step: "RINO!" "Not a real conservative." "Get out of the party." "Go away." And we play EXACTLY into Democrats' hands. Just know that they are LOVING us right now. (Need proof? See Valerie Jarret's comments of 11/1/09.)
