Our country has a history of aggressively pursuing and placing innocent people in jail and considering them criminals because they broke a current law that was later proven to be unjustified.
Only 70 years ago, a citizen was considered a criminal if he/she possessed an alcoholic beverage (alcohol prohibition 1920-1933) and would be placed in jail.

The guy who keeps saying Meissner is "corrupt" is actually a corrupt cop who just got fired and is under investigation for breaking many federal and state laws. Keeping this video up just shows how YOU'VE been duped.

Love you Barry and Kandi! Law Enforcement is out of control. I hope you can recover the Kopbusters name, since it seems like the Meissner arrest went nowhere. But we must stop the war on Drugs- the same people who push the laws are the ones who profit (CIA in Colum. and Afgh., to corrupt DEA and ATF cops, to fed. local, and state pollice, ALL IN ON THE SCAM!).

It is good that Marc Emery is in the lime light but in 2008 754,224 Amerikans were arrested for simple possession. I could have done 90 days for .36 of a gram to save myself from a 3 year felony in the Supreme Soviet State of Wisconsin. I'm taking it to jury trial Friday Novemebr 19th 2009, I also have filed a petition for a delcaratory judgment that the marijuana laws are unconstitutional.
