Love is the highest peak of spirituality. Love is what we are. Fear, although unreal, is the opposite of love. All that does not come from Love, comes from fear. The key to spirituality is removing the forms of fear that block our awareness of Love. Fear can appear as condemnation, judgment, anger, attack and guilt. Life in this world is always a choice between Love and fear. We must learn to perceive through the eyes of Love, seeing everything either as Love or a call for it.

More on Love... Love is everything. The absence of the awareness of Love is the cause for unpleasant or negative emotions. Loneliness, rejection, boredom, depression, and thoughts of suicide all result from our inability to perceive Love. Love always surrounds us and fills us. It is who we are. It is our lack of awareness of this that is the problem. Our goal is to restore Love to our full awareness.
