SOUL FLOWER MONONOKE SUMMIT is an unprecedented traditional acoustic band, derived from Rock'n'Roll Band SOUL FLOWER UNION. They started playing in 1995 when the earthquake happened in Hanshin (the middle west area of Japan) where they live. They perform some traditional instruments such as the Okinawa Sanshin, Ching-Dong (Japanese marching drum set), Changgo (Korean percussion instrument), and play traditional songs can sing and dance together. Their performance have a fandamental pleasure, some messages for society and importance for culture.

I just read your comment about my comments on Metallica. Before, reading your comment, I couldn't really sum up what happened to Metallica's music but you said it best, "their classic sound doesn't come naturally to them anymore."
