About Me:
Thanks for visiting my channel! I hope you enjoy listening to my music as much as I enjoy singing it.
Over the years, I have developed a diverse music style. I can sing and write almost anything, but my main love has always been Opera. Despite being raised in Motown, I fell in love with the great Tenors (Luciano Pavarotti & Placido Domingo) when I was only 13 years old.
There in my little room, in my little white house, in my little Missouri town of Sikeston, a lifelong dream began to take root. Of course growing up, I was told over and over that I shouldn't aspire to be a great singer...that I should never dream so BIG. Thankfully that is advice I never took.
My hope is that this channel and my music can be an inspiration to anyone who dares to dream bigger than they are "supposed" to. Enjoy!

About Me:
From the first moment I heard Pavarotti sing, I knew I wanted to be an Opera singer. I have dedicated my life to vocal training and performing, as my passion for the music continues to grow.
I have had the oppurtunity to sing for hundreds of events. One of the most memorable was the funeral at my state's Governor, Mel Carnahan, who died in a plane crash in 2000. The event gave me great pause, and I learned to appreciate my gift and where it could take me...and how easily it could be lost.
In college I won and lost a ton of competitions. One of my victories resulted in a trip to New York to perform at Carnegie Hall. It was a good concert, but shortly after, I became seriously ill. After rounds of medication and futile therapy, I returned home to Misouri to recover, rebuild my voice, and regan my confidence. This oppurtunity gave me the oppurtunity to be close with my family again, and recover in the arms of the most beautiful woman in the world, my girl, Heather Marie Tomko.
As I have healed and aged, my voice has become stronger and I hope better. sometime's rest is the best medicine. Now I perform wherever I can for whoever will listen. I sing so much around my state that the folks nicknamed me "The Voice of Missouri." My state's new Governor invited me to sing the National Anthem at his inauguration. Though I was deeply honored, I felt Missouri deserved an anthem of its own...so I wrote one. Make sure you take the time to listen to the rough cut of "Missouri" on my website.
