It was a record setting and spectacular night in El Segundo where the Los Angeles D-Fenders won their ninth game in a row. A franchise best for consecutive wins and another record for assists went to Courtney Fortson. The highlight of the night however (and possibly the season) was the flying dunk of Zach Andrews. From that point, the Vipers never relinquished their lead. A 24' 3-point jump shot from Kelvin Lewis set the Vipers up 91-78 halfway through the third.
