You are doing great Nancy! Keep up the good work!

I also bought the Laura's ground beef. It is very good and I am really saving money because I am eating 100 grams of meat rather than doing a fast food (which is what we usually do). I am keeping up with your success story and I hope to have some videos back this weekend. I cannot get my computer to talk to YouTube anymore. Best wishes for continued success!!!
