You certainly have no reason to apologize for the quality. As others have said, that this even EXISTS is amazing to me. All these years and I assumed no moving footage of Lennon coming out onstage at MSG existed. It doesn't matter that your Super 8 had no sound. Plenty of clear audio of that historic event already is available. It's fun, too, to see Elton performing earlier in the show as we now know that he knew a very exciting moment for him was coming up (he was over the moon to have Lennon joining him on stage). Thank you for sharing this with the rest of the world.

That Elton John/John Lennon is beyond incredible on so many levels ! All the stars make sure they shine in MSG and it looks like Elton John was shinin bright that night. Wow ! Even without the audio that was well worth it ! Which brings me to my next point, Yourself did an fantastic job filming ! Finally just the historical meaning of that footage alone stands on its own. Thank you so much for sharing that with us !
