I think that Modots responsibility is to provide safe roads for us to travel on. I don't see this as any kind of propaganda.

Is modot looking to keep their jobs by creating a project that will outlast the crash of the economy?

MoDot needs to stay out of the law business and stick to what it is (very) good at - building and maintaining roads.

We don't need our precious tax dollars spent on propaganda campaigns to push laws through. The department should be neutral.
