.. ah, there's nothing like locally produced content when you have a monopoly of private broadcasting facilities in Windsor (all owned by Bell Media). Under monopolies innovation takes a beating, is slow and the news information can easily be biased over all Canadian outlets. We need to get back to a mixture of privately owned broadcasters in this city as once was the case under our ancestors. They also had police scanners in all newsrooms. This was democracy at it's best. Just because we are socialists does not mean we have to stifle the imagination of our young Canadian journalists, producers and skilled artists. These are the people who can keep 'higher ups' accountable.

Excellent documentaries. The one on Ron was funny and insightful. It would be neat if you did something on the Salvation Army in Windsor. There's lots of potential stories to be told about that place. If you need a hand with it let me know.
