After I graduated at the conservatory I studied with Jan de Man and Frédéric Meinders (the latter was a pupil of Jan de Man too).
Interests:
The death of Jan de Man gave birth to the idea of Meinders and me, to put some of the recordings of De Man on You Tube. However, I decided to give first some attention to Meinders himself. I always consider Meinders to be a very great pianist and I want to share the love for his playing with the world. More information of Meinders can be found at his website where you can order one of his 700 compostions and transcriptions. The most recent recordings are on the label Danacord. Nowadays, Meinders lives in Brazil.
