From what that sounds like it is likely just a guitar with wah, some delay and reverb....

Similar chords maybe even the exact same, but it isn't the same song by a long shot.....it's alot more than just the chords that make a song.
...there is also a backwards guitar sample running through parts....like Kevin is doing the diving with the trem bar then they reversed it giving it this extra warbly feel...it's hard to hear but it's there.
: It is just the song. As it was recorded. During the mastering process a a chorus effect was added to Kurt's vocals. You'll notice if you listen to the "original" version his voice has a wavering quality to it. In this mix it does not. I think the chorus effect was actually used on the entire track as well as a compressor as this version is itself much rawer in feeling than the "original". Basically they made it sound "softer", instead of like the Pixies.
