- excerpts of motion pictures not produced by manupeSUI are posted with a certain encyclopedic intent, with title, year of appearance and its directors in order to share certain details with any user of youtube who cares to take an interest in them. Its presence in the internet has the character of a comment or a private exchange among friends. It is clearly not a public viewing. The clips do not give away plots. They cannot possibly affect the profits made with the distributon of said motion pictures in a negative way but might even enhance the sale of DVDs etc.
