I want some tips regarding my biggest problem i.e. eye circles,purplish/brown n VERY DARK...they are not only below bt also well above the eyes.I have a fair complexion otherwise so they stand even more n i am sick of them.
Please teach how to hide them completely and then do eye makeup on top like in this video........
