Hi Lisa!
I have weak ankles, I think. I just can't like go up into a turn, and I can't even stand on one leg doing a Passé with out holding on to the barre!! please help! strenghtening excercises? This will be my 3rd year on pointe coming up, and I'm 13. (almost 14) so next year I will be in the highschool class, which means I'll be performing en pointe!

What shoes would you suggest for me?
Im 13 my feet are 23.5cm longs and around 9cm at the widest point. One of my teachers lent me a pair of bloch suprimas and my arch doesnt come out well at all :( and also how long will it take my feet to get used to pointe shoes? my feet are rubbing even though I have padding on
