Hello, I would just like to say how helpful your videos are to me and thank you very much for sharing them. I have just watched your video on bunion taping as I have quite bad bunions (rubs in the family) and I got my first pair of pointe shoes yesterday. Would you recommend me taping my feet all time? Could it prevent them from getting any worse from wearing pointe shoes?

I have weak ankles, I think. I just can't like go up into a turn, and I can't even stand on one leg doing a Passé with out holding on to the barre!! please help! strenghtening excercises? This will be my 3rd year on pointe coming up, and I'm 13. (almost 14) so next year I will be in the highschool class, which means I'll be performing en pointe!
