Racism in Government - Very true. I work for a social service agency in Toronto and, even though the % of persons of diverse non-white ethnicities is very high, there is an incredible gap in their representation in government positions at the level of management. After living abroad for 25 years, I am shocked & ashamed to find that Canada is a hot-bed of overt racism. As Canadians, we are used to looking down our noses at Americans, but after living the the Deep South, I can honestly say that I saw less racism there. Canada IS making headway - compared to my youth (I'm 61) - but we have a long, long way to go. Thanks for posting this video.
