Ligmincha Institute, a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization, was founded in 1992 by Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche in order to preserve the ancient teachings, transmissions and practices of the Bon Buddhist tradition,the indigenous religion of Tibet. Today, Bon remains a living tradition, and source of timeless wisdom and knowledge relevant and applicable to our modern Western lives. Ligmincha additionally hopes to preserve and further develop the indigenous culture of Tibet, both among Tibetans living in exile and among interested Westerners.

Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche is a highly respected and beloved teacher to students throughout the world. He is known for his clear, lively, and insightful teaching style and his ability to make Tibetan practices easily accessible to the Western student.

Hi Tenzin,

You know how when you are in a dream , and in that dream someone said something mean to you, without knowing that it was just a dream, you would react with anger. But if you were lucid and aware that everything is just a dream, you wouldn't take it too seriously or bother becoming angry in that dream while dreaming. How do you become lucid during the dreams of everyday life and not be effected by the words and actions of others. Could it be that this whole life is just a big dream also? If it is how do you become lucid while in it.

I know, that subject is interesting. I wonder what is the relationship between becoming lucid within the dreams of the night and become Awaken within the dreams of Samsara / everyday life.
