Ligia Pop

Hi! I'm a raw chef, author of three books on raw food and host of Ligia's Kitchen. I promote a healthy and nutritious diet, based mostly on raw vegan food.

My books are: "Retete Vegane Fara Foc", "Germeni si Vlastari - Surse de Sanatate si Energie", "Deserturi pentru Parinti si Copii Sanatosi" and "Pasi in Lumea Muzicii".

As you can see, my books are not in English; they're in my native language, Romanian. But my show, "Ligia's Kitchen", which you can watch here, is either in English or has easy-to-follow English subtitles!

I am also a piano teacher and author of "Pasi in Lumea Muzicii", an innovative method of teaching children the piano. A little-known fact about me is that I'm a conservatory-trained soprano.
