As the president and originator of the Citizens for Fair Treatment of Applicants to Tax Credit Apartment Properties, I am a former news reporter and government official. I ran for the office of mayor twice and helped force the city council pass a special resolution to correct injustices to minority candidates. I have scored numerous court victories against the franchise tax board, internal revenue service, and others. Pro se. It appears that many tax credit apartment properties are not in compliance with HUD regulations and HUD itself may have abused its authority and not complied with the code of federal regulations as regards tax credit apartments. California CTCAC's attorney Robert Hedrick's has said in writing the CTCAC has no policy or definition to exclude temporary, non-recurring, sporadic income, in direct non-compliance with 24 CFR 5.609.

NJ Guardianship: Last year about $3,000 was unaccounted for by Vanessa D. Johnson Taylor out of her father's estate. And this year as of Dec 2011 it has happened again with about $3,000 unaccounted for. It is no wonder guardian and trustee Taylor, Judge Walter Koprowski, Tara Wilson are called thieves and the County Prosecutor has been asked to place them under arrest. Essex County case CP-0136-2009.

Stop Guardianship Abuse: In NJ case IMO Robert Johnson a motion for stay was filed to shut down the Chancery Court based on discrimination by the Court. In other news, an order to sell property is the subject of a notice of appeal this week. Guardian Vanessa D. Johnson Taylor has apparently disconnected her phone and fax after numerous complaints against her.

NJ Corrupt Courts: In a letter written December 27 2011 to Judge Walter Koprowski, Vanessa D. Taylor states: "When you rule that I had to sell the property for not less than $144,000, I didn't understand that because I was I already [her words. Editor] had a contract to sell for $134,00. So because my buyer, Mr. Figaro, didn't come up with with the $10,000 difference, the property could not close. Lost opportunity." So Taylor seems to be blaming the Judge. Funny there was no contract submitted to the court for $134,000. So where does that figure come from? By the way, the first contract filed with the court signed by Savio Figaro, an attorney, states that he will pay $144,000. Seems fraudulent that he would sign a contract knowing that he did not have the required $10,000.
