Hey there mama-sita did you know that Almond cheese has casein in it which is milk derived. Just wanted to let you know, because when i was vegan i found out that casein is derived from cow milk. And a lot of people do not know that, so now i check all cheeses even veggie cheese and soy cheese will have it. Smooches

I have really been loving your videos. I just found you a few days ago. I did get your ebook and am almost finished reading it. Its is very easy to understand and I LOVE it! So my husband and I are making a BIG change for our family, tomorrow we are finding a health food store and going all out!!!!! I have about 50lbs to toss but better than that I am excited about the energy I am gonna gain!!!!!!!!!! Keep up what your doing I know you are changing lives. :) :) :)

I'm afraid of protein shakes ever since i tried it once and had a 1.4 gain the next day. not to mentioned i felt so bloated the rest of my day.$50. its called 100% whey protein by nutraScience. Not sure if you have heard of it. 21g protein, 2g fat, 126 calories, 5g carbs and 5g BCAA. i have no idea what BCAA is. Overall. im frustrated trying to figure this whole protein shake thing out. i've always been told this is used to gain weight and muscle so far it has made me gain weight from one day to another. help pleaseeee

Heya Brenda, I have just watched your truth about protein shakes video and I love it as normal :) I was just wondering if you could help clear up something that a lot of people have said about protein shakes - I have heard that if you don't work out that you can put on weight with them? Also, how often is it recommended that you take a protein shake if your working out 3-4 times a week? Thanks, keep up the GREAT videos <3 oxox

Hi Brenda, I love all of your videos and was wondering if you could do a diet plan for lacto-ovo vegetarians or any meal ideas for those that don't eat meat please. I'm having a hard time trying to get good sources of protein which isn't always a protein shake.

Hi Brenda! Thank you for making these videos. It is so easy to get lost when it comes to the right way to lose weight. I 27 years old, 5'2 and 170 pounds. I have always been on the skinner side but that all went out the window when I had my daughter a year ago. Since then, I have tried anything and everything to lose weight. I am still struggling. To make matters worse, I am getting married this October. I am no where near where I would like to be and I have never been more stressed. It is to the point where I am almost tempted to just cancel the wedding as horrible as that is. Is there any advice you can give me? I am a stay at home mom. I try to go on the tredmill for at least an hour every day. What else can I do? Again, thank you so much for your videos. You are an inspiration!

Hey girl, I just wanted to tell you ( like most people have already) I think you are just amazing, you give so much information and it's all free. you are like actually there to be there for the people and not just to make money. all the information that you give and how you break everything down very simply most people in your position would charge 100.00 or more for this kind of information.I really respect you for that. I watched many of your videos yesterday then took my son and went to a organic food shop and loaded up. Thanks for the info and keep up the good work.
