Rainfall capture is one of them and you're right it's needed in all areas. Clean water is a team effort and together we all can conserve and protect our water! 	NOCOMPLACENCYCOM (11 months ago) Rainfall capture is needed in all areas, ones with little, average, AND heavy rainfall for many various reasons. It should be conducted from the residential, institutional, and commercial levels, all the way up to municipal, industrial, state...i.e. all levels and all ways!
