After receiving a Master Degree in Finance and Marketing from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Marseille, France, Marc Sinanian traveled throughout Southeast Asia working as a Foreign Exchange Broker. In the early 1990's he came to Puerto Vallarta where he settled and started a successful career selling high-end residences becoming Top Producer for Coldwell Banker in all of Mexico.

In 2000, Marc co-founded La Punta Realty and has since specialized in promoting large undeveloped parcels of land along the coast to global luxury developers. Marc's goal is to provide all the resources necessary for making the purchase real estate in Mexico a pleasurable and easy experience.
