My name is Cristian Landero and I am a self-taught digital artist. I am from Panama, located in Central America. During the last 5-6 years I've been working with digital mediums. I started of by learning how to design graphics for websites but later on I found myself working on digital art. In digital art I started of working on Photo Manipulations but ever since I got a Wacom Intuos 3 Tablet, I've been learning how to draw and paint using both Corel Painter and Photoshop. It's been a year since I bought a tablet and ever since I haven't stopped practicing. Before I started using digital tools I used to be a traditional artist who would get creative using pencils, an eraser and a white sheet of paper. Every once in a while I grab a drawing notebook to not loose my skills on traditional art because creating art with digital mediums is completely different from using traditional tools. To date I am a working freelance artist and designer, and although I spend most of my time designing for websites, what I enjoy the most is actually drawing. I enjoy both of them but drawing is my passion.
