Kim Krushell has served the residents of Ward 2 as their representative on City Council since 2004. Kim has played an active leadership role on City Council through her service on numerous Council committees, city-wide initiatives, and volunteer boards.
Kim's dedication to public service and willingness to speak out on issues directly affecting the residents of Edmonton began well before she was elected to City Council. For close to a decade, Kim served as Executive Assistant to former City Councillor Larry Langley.
Kim, her husband Jay, and their son Alex have lived in Ward 2 for the past 12 years. Kim has a Master's Degree from the University of Alberta, and undergraduate degrees in politics and history from Southern Oregon University.
