I love your recipes. Not only are you easy to understand, you explanation to why you do things you do, from timing, to not over mixing, over cooking to the difference in using fresh and organic.
Do you any recipes for Chili (with meat and beans) I thought I'd asked you because I'm sure your version (as oppose to others) is not thick like gravy and high in sodium.. But yet tasty and taste like good chili.
Also if you had any tamale recipes?, even a improvised version (or your version)
