The Evildoers use the technique of harassing victims by staging accidents as follows: you're parked at a red light, another vehicle slows down behind you and hits your bumper. This almost always happens when you're parked at a light -- so that they can "control" the bump. They have their gangstalkers (controlled by local police) doing this nationwide. They not only do it to the "original" designated victim but extend this to the victim's family members. This Torture Network has many, many levels of varying degrees of harm and complexity, the simplest of which are computerized (like the automatic phone calls, the automatic stalking of vehicles down your street, the use of pizza delivery, UPS, FedEX trucks, etc).
