NEW NEWS JULY 25TH:

Hey everyone. It's been awhile since the last update. Currently working on a project. It's going to take awhile but it'll be here. Then after that....I think I'm going to do a new super hero project...probably animate Joker's first appearance in the comics. Right now I'm working on "It Don't Mean a Thing". Takes place in the 1930's/40's. First animation featuring hand drawn characters. I'll keep you all posted!

FAQ

How do you animate?

We have a camera, one that can take pictures and video, and we get the desired lego/action figure and take a picture of it in a location. Then ever so slightly we move the figure, and take another picture. Then move it some more, and take another picture and we keep doing that until the desired movements have been filmed. After than we edit. Read below for more.

What program do you use to edit videos?

We use Windows Movie Maker to edit EVERYTHING!

But...how do you make the figures go fast?

We right click the desired pictures, and click "Video Effects" scroll down and click "Speed up double" and then, wala. Your picture is twice as fast, but make sure the picture was already as small as possible.

How is it you guys can have music AND voices?!

We SAVE the video with voices and then REIMPORT it and put music along with voices

Where do you guys get your figures?

From whatever we had years ago, various toy stores, or ebay

How do you guys do special effects?

We open the picture in paint and draw the effect, save it as like explosion1 then change it around and save it again under a different name say explosion2 and so on.

How do you get voices on there?

Using the Rock Band USB microphone. If you don't have rockband than you will have to do some research on that topic. Sorry!
