I enjoy experimental improvisation of various kinds, mainly based on jazz standards, but other things as well.

Basically trying to improve my harmonic knowledge (e.g. chord-scale theory) and learn how to put down variations over a musical theme in the best way I know how at the very moment, without written music.

Otherwise I enjoy reading, writing, cats, long walks around the bay, trying to play Chopin on the piano using a lead sheet, cooking and flute playing.

I also enjoy saxophone playing but don't currently own one.
