About the JREF
The James Randi Educational Foundation was founded in 1996 to help people defend themselves from paranormal and pseudoscientific claims. The JREF offers a still-unclaimed million-dollar reward for anyone who can produce evidence of paranormal abilities under controlled conditions. Through scholarships, workshops, and innovative resources for educators, the JREF works to inspire this investigative spirit in a new generation of critical thinkers.

Who's James Randi? He's not just the founder of the JREF, he's an internationally-known magician and escape artist who has dedicated his career to investigating and demystifying paranormal and pseudoscientific claims. He was named one of the "100 Best People In The World" by Esquire Magazine, and called "a national treasure" by the great science fiction author Arthur C. Clarke.

We need your help to create a world where everyone has access to the tools of science and critical thinking, and charlatans can't get rich by deceiving people. You can make a difference by becoming a member, taking action with us to stop paranormal and pseudoscientific frauds, or joining us at the Amaz!ng Meeting, the world's premier gathering of skeptical thinkers.

Id love to see a show on cryonics (the freezing of the dead) in hopes that they may be revived some day in the future.

Can you please do a show on penis enlargement? I think that there are a lot of misconceptions on the subject, and would like to learn more.

Thanks

Love the channel

I read this Aliester Crowley ritual, and I heard what it does, is if you do it, and target someone, they become a green light for alien abduction. Anyone who is the target of such ritual basically gets passed around by abunch of greys like a joint. Its not the pleasant spritual, high energy abuction either. No its the kind that leaves one with emotional and mental scars. As a experiment. I am going to perform this ritual and use Mr.Randi as a guinea pig. As far as he believes, it wont work. So why am I trying? In the name of science of course.

What I want to know is. Mr.Randi, you have devoted your life to investigating the paranormal as a skeptic. However, have you ever experienced or seen anything? Has anything ever made you question your skeptism? You seem to only expose obvious frauds. Have you ever done any type of paranormal investigation that was more then being mean to deluded people? I am interested.

I used to love watching the show he had on ITV 20 years ago-week after week he would get all these ridiculous people on & give them enough rope to hang themselves in front of the nation on primetime television, with their total inability to back up their claims when they were not controlling the testing..

I credit that show & starting to read Fortean Times regularly at about the same time with turning me from a kid who believed everything was supernatural, into somebody who believed that these things have a rational explanation.

I have become even more diehard skeptic the last decade or so, having seen my parents surround themself in nonsense like healing crystals, dowsing rods, blessed water, past lives-as usual important people, rather than peasants, psychic messages etc.

Ever Forward, James Randi. Ever Forward.

I do have one request. During one of your lectures, you mentioned your analysis of Jon Edwards and his cold reading technique which I have always found to be brilliant. If you could upload that clip, I would be very happy.

Kudos to JREF for getting on top of the youtube uploads. I remember for months since first subscribing being disappointed that there weren't any new videos, when I knew you had such potential for good stuff. Now I see that impression has been confirmed. Hey does that qualify for winning the psychic challenge? ;)
