So far I've gotten are boring ad hominems and personal attacks like "I say he's a troll or "I say he's just joking" so unusually foolish and illogical

For the subhuman atheist mind here's what an ad hominem means:

As for evidence of a soul or mind it should be relatively simple to gather evidence of a such thing once the hypothesis becomes empirically testable and scientists figure out exactly how consciousness is generated
The reason there's little evidence right now is because it's very difficult to objectively measure what consciousness is
