Hi Xeno - I have been physically active and weight training for year, I'm 47 and been erging for about 6 months now. Just bought a concept2, model D for my condo and would like to erg early in the morning and then do my weight training in the afternoon. Looking at erging 5 times per week and weights 4 times per week (weights would be no longer than 1hr). Do you see any risk of injury or overtraining doing this format. I've come to realize over years my best results are when I split my training (cardio and weights). My cardio is generally running though.. As I'm engaging more muscles with the erg do you see an issue with erg and weights on the same day. PS.. my erging would be aerobic on days I'd do weights. Many thanks
