1 thing i really want to know is, you speak alot about regular intervals, the ones with hard parts and easy parts and leave out the 10/10 interval workout. Is 10/10 the better 1 in terms of faster weight loss, cause i dont care if its harder or nething as long as its possible then its aight.
Please clarify man.
Oh yeah um 1 more thing, is it good for me to raise the time of the workout by 1 min each alternate day?

Only total calories and how intensee and how much you workout effect weight loss so NO...
The time you eat really does not matter as long as you dont overeat but go ahead and relax and cheat on the holidays and have fun with your family
i barely could use arms to take a shower.
You think its good for me to make like a notpad say what i ate at which meals on each day?
Also, does it matter like if i eat breakfast 9am one day..then the next day i eat at 10.
Because, its holidays over here n like i sleep at 1am so like..by the time i do my exercise n that...today i ate my breakfast at like 11am so would this affect my weight loss?
anyways im still not sure...do you want me to do twice a day, or just once every alternate day, because im getting confused. Sorry man for the questions.

about being tired - If you feel like you can go antoher 45 min then the workout was "probably" TOO easy
as far as off days - if you want to build muscle then yes...
you can do sit-ups p-ups etc.

I remember reading somewhere; you said that if you do your 10/10 workouts, that you should be so tired that you can't do it again for the rest of the day. If not, then I'm not doing it right. If i remembered corrrect, whats right??
And i should be doing this every alternate day right?
Oh yeah 1 more thing - What should i do on the days that i'm not exercising.
Should I work on my push ups and situps cuz right now i can do 10 proper push ups and im pretty sure i gotta work on that stat.

Do the 10/10 workouts both times and here's the main thing to remeber...
you cna do 10/10 forever but realize this...
once it gets too easy - make it hard again to keep losing weight

1) So, you said i should do it 2 times a day 3-4 a week. Now should i do 10/10 on both times or should i do 10/10 in morning, and then just do 15 mins of the exercise machine i was talking bout before.
