Hello Buttons, writing from Venice ,California hope your still doing well and keeping up with treating yourself like a temple ( sacred) . Eat real food and surf for a long happy life. Remember not to take things personal (what people say)it means nothing you know who you are, stay true to yourself , have no expectations , and make no assumtions when dealing with people. ALOHA Note : just thought I would share some words of advice learned the hard way.
