Hi hi Hilary
Im a fan of yours and i cant wait to see and hear your performans in Iceland, but I would like to know how do you memorize long and difficult pieces like the solo sonatas, Bach and Ysaÿe? Do you repeate it over and over until it becomes automatic, do you devide it in couple parts or something like that?

Hilary, I think you are extremly talented and beautiful. You are one of my inspirations for playing violin. I have been playin for a year and I'm 13. I never thought about music the way I do now. I wanna follow it until the day I die. Any advice on how to get better?

What a wonderful idea to do these interviews! It makes the music even more interesting when you know a bit more about the people that play an important role in it, but you never hear about.
