I have travelled from Melbourne, Australia to have a Double Cord Blood Transplant with ex-vivo expansion of the Stem Cells at The Seattle Cancer Care Alliance in Seattle, Washington, USA. I have high risk Acute Myeloid Leukaemia which means I won't be cured with chemotherapy alone. My long-term survival depends on this treatment.
