@HaxingCorn just record like normal, but raise the bass frequencies with EQ. You don't need a $500 microphone to have decent vocals. It's also good to apply some compression so that the entire vocal track is a more even loudness.

I really don't care for this voice at all. Reminds me too much of George Takei (Japanese dude from Star Trek).  Void is such a cool character, he needs a more cool, wicked, dark sounding voice.
