-Paint
-Easy Paint Tool SAI (for still pictures/effects. Any speedpaints that are not being done in Paint are being done here.)
-Windows Movie Maker
I also use a bamboo Wacom Fun tablet to draw, though I can draw a little with a mouse.
I draw all my frames in Paint and animate them in WMM.

╰☆╮ I only enter contests if other experienced artists are entering as well. I don't mean to be arrogant; I just want to be fair.
