No... Just no...

1) Dodge/Parry/Block is not capped, never has been... Thats why dodge twinks actually work against level 1 - 70 (unless the 70 has gear with "hit rating" on it =)

2) If 80+% dodge is not possible, then why did I make this youtube account, showing my character solo'ing VC?
