Im 14 and I weight about 100 pounds.... i think that thats pretty avreage right?
I dont think im fat. but when i look in the mirror i dont like what i see
i have a bit of a gut but then my ribs also show and i just want a smoothed out
stomich! I do sit ups,jumping jacks,push ups every night and go jogging once and a while
and even drink lots of water and healthy food...but my stomich doesnt seem to go flat.
im really wanting it to beable to do this.... please help me !!!!!

hi, i just watched one of ur videos and i have to say that u are awsum. I love ppl like u. BUt, the truth is I can never have great self esteem and i might as well live alone for the rest of my life ' cause i'll always be self conscious and i'll compare myself to others. Yes it's said but oh well. I love ur vids!

Learning crazy dance moves like the sponge bob is good cardio. People should put together playlists on youtube and dance with the people in the videos (like when no one is around or heck if everyone is around) I think it is fun to learn crazy dance moves like 2 step or WHAT EVER! It is pretty hilarious to try for myself and everyone who may come near my room.

i am 17 year old male, im not exactly fat i just dont have a flat stomach. I was wondering if i should do situps each night or will this make the shape of my stomach stay the same and go firm???

You're supposed to eat 5-6 small meals a day. That's to help boost your metabolism, and your body will burn the food that you ate-instead of storing it as fat. Make sure you eat a breakfast (within an hour of waking up); and do not eat before sleep...stop eating at least 4 hours before sleep. That all has to do with your metabolism and how your body stores fat.
