About Frank's Life, Animals, and Friends
Most of the videos I take will be of animals near home and of the natural world around me when I'm able to travel. I've been disabled unexpectedly for three years now with several chronic illnesses. Gradually, I've learned to be a realistic yet upbeat person who accepts himself. The most important lessons I've learned during this time have been to communicate clearly, to listen well, and to ask for what I need.
